My work around using reunion mod with remako is to copy my save file over. Disable reunion mod via the option.ini then boot up the game do the achievement I want and quit and re-enable the mod and go on my merry way. I don't know if this would work for 7th Heaven mod though.

7th Heaven is a mod manager that contains a lot of mods. So start with that and pick which mods appeal to you. Some mods aren't in 7th Heaven though (last I checked) so you'll want to install Remako HD separately for much more beautiful backgrounds. I also recommend the Beacause mod.
